FORTUN GRASSO + is an architecture, interiors and real estate strategy studio, based in Florianópolis, working across Brazil with an international perspective.

Our practice brings together experience developed across Brazil and Europe to create rigorous, context-sensitive projects shaped around the specific needs of each client. We work from the initial reading of a property through to the spatial, material and strategic definition of its transformation.

We work with private clients, developers and professional partners across residential architecture, renovations, interiors and real estate studies.

Diego Fortun
Architect & Founder

Diego Fortun is an architect with a multidisciplinary background across architecture, real estate and business, shaped by more than a decade of professional experience in Brazil, Spain and Portugal.

His international practice includes several years with Aires Mateus in Lisbon, working across residential and cultural projects from design development through construction.

This experience informs the studio's approach today: architecture grounded in context, precision and material clarity, combined with a strategic understanding of property and long-term value.
